The programme
SV-NED is recruiting NYSC graduates into roles that match their field of study, under the Renewed Hope Agenda. Selected graduates train with federal technical institutions, earn recognised certification and join SV-NED companies and partner employers.

- NYSC certificate (2022–2026) or currently serving corps member

The process

Choose your department and apply online with your CV, NYSC ID and certificate.

Screening
Applications are checked for class of degree, NYSC status and course-to-department fit.

Assessment
Shortlisted candidates take the TEESI assessment and a technical test for their field.
- 04
Interview
A group session, then a panel interview with SV-NED or a partner employer.
- 05
Training
12 weeks, three days a week, with FIIRO and NASENI, including a week-4 midterm.
- 06
Certification
Successful trainees are co-certified by SV-NED, NYSC, FIIRO and NASENI.
- 07
Placement
Placement in an SV-NED company or partner employer, with a supervisor and a mentor.

Who can apply?
Graduates who completed NYSC between 2022 and 2026, or who are serving now, with at least a 2:2 or HND Lower Credit in a course that matches their chosen department.

Apply to the one department that best matches your course of study. Applications are screened for course-to-department fit, so a closely matched choice gives you the best chance.
Where will I work?
Roles are in Lagos, Abuja and Nasarawa. You will be asked to confirm that you are willing to work in these locations.
